Thank you for your interest in dck worldwide (dck).  To properly match your company’s capabilities with current/ upcoming dck projects, dck requests all subcontractors and suppliers to complete a Subcontractor Prequalification Form (PREQUAL).  dck utilizes the PREQUAL to obtain a more complete knowledge of your company’s capabilities and in turn develops master lists of subcontractor for each region of dck.    

Steps to being prequalified:

• Download the prequalification form.
• Answer all questions pertaining to your company.  The Safety, Insurance, and Financial sections are vital for approval.
• Please attach a copy of your insurance certification and a current financial statement.   
• Remit via the following options
